RETURN POLICY

 

At BH Supplies, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. Should you find yourself dissatisfied for any reason, we offer a straightforward returns process. Here's what you need to know:

 

Eligibility: You may return any item shipped by BH Supplies within 10 days from the date of delivery for a full credit or refund. However, please note that we cannot accept returns of opened items due to our commitment to maintaining medical standards and safety.

 

Condition: Returned items must be in new condition, with original unopened packaging intact. Please be aware that breaking the original manufacturer seal renders the item ineligible for return, even if the individual components inside remain untouched.

 

Initiating the Return: Before returning any item, you must contact our Customer Service team at info@bhsupplies.net to obtain return instructions and any special labeling requirements. Include your name and order number in your email.

 

Timeframe: To be eligible for a credit or refund, all items must be returned unused in their original packaging within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.

 

Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return to us. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will reimburse you for the delivery costs and cover the expense of returning the product to us. Otherwise, you are responsible for both the original delivery costs and the return shipping expense. In the case of free shipping, shipping expenses will be calculated based on the charges incurred by us.

 

Reporting Issues: Please report any damages, shortages, or discrepancies within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@bhsupplies.net. Include photos and details, along with your name, contact information, and order number.

Processing Time: Once we receive and process your return, a credit or refund will be issued within 14 days. You will receive an email confirmation once the process is complete.
